why cant I buy online?!??!?!?!

  • I was all set to buy it. and I entered my card number and all my info but was told that they dont take online credit card sales!!!
    what kinda crap is that? and who got the copy of my credit card info!!

    I dont see why I have to fax to what ever and pay extra.


    IF YOU CANT ACCEPT CC's THEN DONT HAVE IT AS AN OPTION DURING CHECK OUT!

    now what do I have to do to buy a copy?


  • We take online credit cards, as well as credit cards by fax and telephone.

    What is the *exact* error you got? I bet it was more along the lines of "We cannot accept your credit card right now. Please order by fax, telephone" etc.

    DigiBuy is the only one who can tell you why your credit card was rejected. You would need to email them at support@digibuy.com for that.


  • I order online 2 or 3 times a day. umm its not like I cant spell my my name and address and put in my card number!!!

    what is up with this digibuy.com crap any way?
