What to do about my coarse hair damage? my hair keeps falling out!?

  • i'm african american, coarse hair texture.
    my hair keeps falling out. i have some major damage.
    every day my hair falls out excessively.
    my hair isn't dry or anything like that.

    my sisters hair used to fall out but, she got the dead ends cut off and
    then put braids in it for a while. her hair is beautiful and very healthy now.

    please help!
