Ok so i just got inside from Break dancing my mid back is torturing me.
And I can hardly move without it feeling a VERY SHARP Pain lol.
I can hardly walk.
What can i do to relieve the pain and prevent future ones?
Help I have a Homecoming dance this Saturday and a Houston Rockets game to perform at First try putting ice for 20 min and taking ibuprofen. Then put heat on your back, lay on your side with a pillow between your legs. Continue taking ibuprofen. If it's not better tomorrow go to the doctor.
