Movie Monolouge Helppppp ?

  • Okay, im 14 and im trying out to be goldilocks in a school play this thursday, i have to recite a short movie monologue and ive been searching for like ever, i want a comedic one and a movie that is well known. i have seen so many websites but im not satisfied
    so i was thinking about just making my own from some movie
    finding a scene from youtube and writing it down.... so can anyone tell me some good comedy scenes without profanity or language,
    i really want this part and im really stressed out
    highschool musical would be neat?

  • I tried out for a play a couple of years ago and did a monologue from the movie School of Rock:

    No profanity of vulgarity in the speech. Quite funny in my opinion. The part is recited by a male in the movie, but there's nothing in it that is gender specific. Hope it's good, and good luck with the part.
