Is there a text list of all the button text that I could use? The gfx developer kit lists just the actual functions, but I'm looking for the actual text so I can start building my custom buttons now.

Has anyone come across this in a thread, on another add-on site, etc?

The button sample pics that I come across don't have all the buttons, and I've tried grabbing most of them just by flipping through various sections of an operational vBulletin or two, but I can't get them all.
