I love to hear great Harmony. I want to learn how to harmonize. Can I learn how to harmonize, or is that something that comes natural? Ay tips on what I can do to learn how to harmonize on my own without paying for a trainer?Firstly you need someone with adequate singing ability to be your melody. Play a simple song with only ascending notes within a scale, with your melody singing the 'do' or first note and you singing it a third higher or the 'mi' note. As you practice these simple songs you'll gradually develop an ear for harmonies and be able to pick them out in songs. Once you've developed some skill, try singing along with the radio, identifying the harmony, whether its a third (mi) or fifth (so).
