I have pain in my hands and arms on and off all of the time. I'm 21 and this started many years ago, first starting with numbness while using my hands(examples): brushing and drying my hair. I used to like giving my husband back massages but I can't anymore because of the pain. My hands and arms start hurting within a few minutes. It feels almost like they aren't getting enough blood flow. They tingle then get numb feeling then feel hot then cold, it's so weird. Sometime while not even moving my arm I'll get sharp pains. I know alot of people will say see a doctor, but I don't have health insurance so that's not possible. Does anyone else suffer from this same problem? please help!
